Sunday Night, Feb 16 – Dr. Robert Anda
Dr. Robert Anda. Dr. Anda is the co-founder/co-principal investigator of the Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) Study that has demonstrated the association between childhood trauma and health and social problems across the lifespan. Dr. Anda’s address will be: Understanding ACES: Building Self Healing Communities.
Monday Morning, Feb 17 – Dr. Ross Greene
Dr. Ross Greene. Dr. Greene is the originator of the Collaborative & Proactive Solutions (CPS) model, a clinical psychologist and author who has been influential in the lives of children, families and educators for over 30 years. An expert in strategies for helping behaviorally-challenged students, Dr. Greene is a passionate advocate children around the world.
Tuesday Morning, Feb 18- Dr. Melissa Sadin
Dr. Melissa Sadin. Dr. Sadin is a life-long educator, author, mom to a child impacted by trauma and leads ATN’s Trauma-Sensitive Schools Program. Dr. Sadin has served as a teacher, principal, school board member and special education director, and for the last 5 years has passionately been involved in the trauma-informed education movement.
